General Terms and Cancellation Policy for Accommodation

1. Accommodation Provider

(hereinafter referred to as the “Accommodation Provider”)

 

2. Reservation and Contract Formation

Reservations can be made via:

• the website reservation system
• e-mail
• telephone
• booking portals

A reservation becomes binding once it is confirmed by the accommodation provider.

By making a reservation, the guest confirms that they have read and agree to these terms and cancellation conditions.

 

3. Price and Payment Terms

Accommodation prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.

After making a reservation, the guest may be required to pay a deposit to guarantee the booking.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the deposit has been paid within the specified deadline.

The deposit can be paid by:

• online card payment
• bank transfer
• other payment methods available in the reservation system

The remaining balance may be paid before arrival or upon arrival according to the reservation conditions.

 

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation conditions may vary depending on the selected rate and are always stated in the reservation details.

Option A – Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival

• cancellation more than 14 days before arrival: free of charge
• cancellation 14 days or less before arrival: 100% of reservation price

Option B – Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival

• cancellation more than 30 days before arrival: free of charge
• cancellation 30 days or less before arrival: 100% of reservation price

No-show

If the guest does not arrive without prior cancellation, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

 

5. Arrival and Departure

Check-in: from 3:00 PM
Check-out: until 10:30 AM

Late arrivals must be reported in advance.

 

6. Guest Rights and Obligations

The guest must:

• follow the house rules
• use the premises responsibly
• compensate for any damages caused

The accommodation provider may terminate the stay in case of serious violation of house rules.

 

7. Final Provisions

These terms become valid on the date of publication on the provider’s website.

Legal relations are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

General Terms – Voucher Shop

These terms regulate the rights and obligations between the seller and buyer when selling goods through the online store.

Delivery time is usually a few working days depending on availability.

Gift vouchers may also be delivered electronically.

6. Withdrawal from the Contract

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason unless stated otherwise by law.

7. Final Provisions

These terms are valid from the date of publication on the seller’s website.

Complaint Policy

1. Introduction

These complaint conditions apply to goods purchased in the online store operated by:

The buyer may claim defects during the legal warranty period of 24 months unless stated otherwise.

3. Complaint Procedure

The buyer may withdraw within 14 days.

Goods must be returned undamaged and preferably in the original packaging.

5. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

These complaint conditions form an integral part of the terms and conditions.
