Our reception is open daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and we’re happy to recommend activities based on the weather. If you’re planning an excursion, we can lend you trekking poles and a child carrier. In winter, we also offer snowshoes and sleds for the whole family, and crampons for winter hiking can be purchased at the reception.
Malý Šišák Ski Lift
The Malý Šišák ski lift is located on a slope near Erlebachova Bouda and is particularly suitable for beginners and parents with children. It is a "poma" lift with platter carriers. The lift is approximately 250 meters long, with an elevation difference of about 50 meters between the top and bottom stations.
While skiing here, you can enjoy stunning views of Kozí hřbety, Malý Šišák, or Medvědín in favorable weather. During temperature inversions, the altitude places you above the cloudy valley, basking in sunny plains.
The slope is groomed daily with a snowcat. In good weather, we set up children’s figures and toys on the slope for the youngest skiers to enjoy.
Operating Hours of the Ski Lift
Under favorable snow and weather conditions, the ski lift operates daily during the following hours:

Evening Skiing
Two to three times a week, evening skiing on an illuminated slope is available, tentatively on these days: Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM
Price List
Lift tickets can be purchased at the ticket booth near the upper station of the lift. Tickets are loaded onto chip cards. A refundable deposit of 100 CZK is added to the ticket price. The chip card offers a more convenient passage through the turnstile.
Children under 4.99 years ski FREE. Older children, juniors, and seniors receive a discount.
SLEDGE Run
Experience a ride on the longest illuminated toboggan run in the Czech Republic, located right in front of Erlebachova Bouda. Enjoy nearly 3 kilometers of sledding with an elevation drop of up to 400 meters.
The starting point of the run is situated on the ridges at an altitude of 1,155 meters above sea level. Over a distance of almost 3 kilometers, you descend to an altitude of approximately 780 meters, achieving an elevation difference of nearly 400 meters.
The track crosses the road three times.
To fully enjoy your ride on the toboggan run, it’s best to come well-prepared. This way, even flying snow won’t catch you off guard as you race downhill.
We recommend gloves and a hat, warm winter clothing appropriate for the current outdoor temperatures, such as a jacket or coat and pants, as well as sturdy boots.
Ski goggles are also highly recommended, as snow tends to fly everywhere when braking. Please respect all slowdown signs along the route—they are there for a reason.
Operating Hours
The starting point is directly in front of Erlebachova Bouda. The endpoint is at Dívčí lávky, about a 15-minute walk from the town center. Each person rides their own sled, except for children under 7 years old, who must ride with an adult.
After completing the run, you return the sled at the bistro at Dívčí lávky. You can take another shuttle back to the starting point. Alternatively, you can combine your sledding adventure with a walk to the town center along the pedestrian trail by the Elbe River and take a bus back from the town center.
Under favorable snow and weather conditions, the run operates daily from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Evening rides are available from Tuesday to Saturday, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The last sledders are allowed onto the run no later than 30 minutes before closing time.
Ski Resort – Svatý Petr
The Svatý Petr ski resort offers well-groomed slopes of varying difficulty and hosts numerous sporting events, including international competitions. Skiers are transported to the top of the slopes by a variety of lifts and cable cars. From Svatý Petr to Pláň, you can even enjoy a ride on a heated six-seater chairlift, which is considered the "Rolls-Royce" of chairlifts in the Czech Republic.
The blue slope, which is exceptionally wide and long, is perfect for beginner skiers. More experienced and demanding skiers will appreciate the red slope, while the black slope—the FIS World Cup slope—meets international standards and hosts the most important and prestigious ski races, making it suitable for the most advanced skiers.
For cross-country skiing enthusiasts, Pláň serves as a starting point for several groomed cross-country trails. Popular routes include trails to Strážné, Krásná Pláň, or towards Klínové Boudy.
Medvědín
The highest peak of the Špindlerův Mlýn Ski Resort, which is the most sun-drenched throughout the year.
At Medvědín, you can ski on an easy blue slope, as well as on two red slopes, one of which is 60 meters wide, making it one of the widest slopes in the Czech Republic. Medvědín also offers a skiing experience for experienced and advanced skiers on its black slope. You can reach the top via four-seat chairlifts from either Špindl or Horní Mísečky. A ski lift also serves the upper sections of the slopes.

This is the highest-altitude venue for winter freestyle sports in the Czech Republic, completely built from natural snow. The uniqueness of the snowpark lies mainly in its location in the beautiful surroundings around the mountain hotel Moravská Bouda above Špindlerův Mlýn. The snowpark is located at an altitude of 1250 meters above sea level.

You can reach the snowpark by a short walk from Erlebachova Bouda. It takes about 40 minutes on foot through gentle terrain
Cross-country skiing
Thanks to our neighbor from Moravská Bouda, the so-called Sudetenland trail is more or less regularly maintained – a beautiful flat section starting at the bend near the Polish border and leading all the way to Moravská Bouda. You can also embark on a ridge tour over the summit of Špindlerovka, heading towards Luční Bouda and beyond. However, be aware that these trails are also used by pedestrians and are therefore not maintained for skiing
