SUMMER HOLIDAYS 2021
During the summer holidays we offer only 7-day rental (Sun-Sun) of the whole villa with a capacity of 16 people - 4 family rooms (8 bedrooms).
Renting the whole villa for a week (Sun-Sun) is 67,000 CZK. (A shorter stay can be arranged upon agreement).
The price is set for 16 beds. Up to 4 extra beds can be added free of charge upon request.
MULTI-DAY RENTALS - EXCEPT FOR SUMMER HOLIDAYS
In terms except
for summer holidays, we offer multi-day rental of the entire
villa.
The minimum rental period is 4 days (3 nights).
The rental of the whole villa for one day is CZK 9,600.
The price is set for 16 beds. Up to 4 extra beds can be added on request. The
price of one extra bed is 250 CZK per day.
Extra beds are free of charge for stays of 5 nights or more.
WEEKEND STAYS
In addition to summer holidays, we also offer weekend rentals of the entire villa.
The rental of the whole villa for the weekend (Fri-Sun) is CZK 28,800.
The price is set for 16 beds. Up to 4 extra beds can be added on request. The price of one extra bed is 500 CZK per stay.

- Rental of tap equipment - 300 CZK / day
- Purchase of a beer keg according to the agreement

Horseback riding and trip tips can be requested at the hotel reception
Cancellation policy:
Up to 30 days before arrival without cancellation fees, handling fee 500 CZK
29 - 15 days before arrival cancellation fee 30% of the price of the stay (min. 500 CZK)
14 - 0 days before arrival cancellation fee of 50% of the price of the stay (min. 500 CZK)
In the case of cancellation, the deposit is converted for a person.
In the case of serious reasons, we keep the deposit lower by handling fee for another term.
